Challenge

DraftWise is a secure, end-to-end AI platform that helps transactional lawyers draft and negotiate faster using their own deal data. Our goal was to clearly communicate the platform’s value to a highly specialized audience—while giving the sales and marketing teams tools to stand out in a fast-moving, competitive space.

As lead designer and project manager, I worked closely with the founders, sales and marketing teams to build a site that simplified complex tech, resonated with users, and drove growth.

Solution

I led a multidisciplinary team to design and develop a user-friendly website that simplified DraftWise's complex technology for its audience, setting up the site as a powerful tool for the sales team.

Through in-depth research with the team, we created a content strategy that translated dense technical jargon into clear, approachable language. We implemented a scalable CMS to empower the marketing team to update the site independently and designed intuitive navigation to make DraftWise’s core offerings easily accessible.

Reflections

This project was about more than simplifying legal tech: it was about building trust with a highly discerning audience. By turning complex systems into clear, relatable stories, we gave the sales team a stronger narrative and made it easier for users to understand why DraftWise mattered.

The sales team now had a stronger, simpler story to tell and the marketing team could scale content without bottlenecks. I also used this project to pilot AI-based wireframing tools, which streamlined my design workflow and cut delivery time by 20%.
